Rode the stationary bike for 75 minutes:

  1. 5 minutes level 1

  2. 5 minutes level 2

  3. 10 minutes level 3

  4. 10 minutes level 4

  5. 45 minutes level 5


Didn’t feel like I was getting enough of a workout so I did some higher intensity stuff:

  1. 40 jumping lunges

  2. Ran on the treadmill at 6 MPH for 2 min

  3. 30 burpees

  4. Ran at 6 MPH for 2 min

  5. 20 jump squats with jumping jack in the air

  6. Ran at 6 MPH for 2 min

  7. Did 1 min of step ups (about 42″-45″ high step)

  8. Ran at 6 MPH for 2 min

  9. Walked 5 min
