Pre-Breakfast Workout with a Client

Warm-Up on Elliptical (five min level 2, two min level 4, three min level 5)

3 Sets each:

  1. 1 min switch rows 

  2. fast paced

  3. 15 pushups

  4. 50 jumping jacks

  5. Elliptical for 2 minutes

  6. Set 1: level 5 at 140-150 strides a min

  7. Set 2: level 7 at 130-140 strides a min

  8. Set 3: level 8 at 130-140 strides a min

3 Sets each:

  1. Medicine ball squat and toss

  2. weighted physioball ab crunch toss

  3. 10 jumping lunges

Last Exercise:

  1. Medicine ball toss with torso rotation 2 min(stand 6-8 feet apart from your partner, each of you face the opposite direction, squat and rotate away from your partner, explode upward rotating towards your partner and toss the ball…your partner will repeat)

Stretched:

  1. Chest, upper and lower back, obliques, quads, hams, and calves
