The Millennia Companies’ engaged in a Revitalizing Renovations at Key Towermain objective in renovating Key Tower and adjoining Marriott Cleveland Downtown with the objective to create an energizing community experience for tenants, hotel guests and visitors. With its lavish décor, updated amenities, attractive outdoor spaces and upgraded lobbies, the overall, completed redesign can be described in a single word: ‘revitalizing.’
Millennia Companies purchased Key Tower, one of downtown Cleveland’s premier office buildings, in January of 2017 for $267.5 million with the anticipation of investing an additional $24 million in renovations.
