Pre-Breakfast Cardio

Not feeling so hot this day, so I walked at 3.2-3.5 MPH for 45 minutes.  Next I road the bike for 45 minutes:

  1. Biked at level 5-6 for 20 minutes

  2. Biked at level 8-9 for 20 minutes

  3. Biked at level 6 for 5 minutes

Felt much better after my workout:-)
