I did a 45 minute post-breakfast routine on the treadmill.

  1. 5 min warm-up, 0 incline at 3 MPH

  2. Ran 6.0 for 3 min

  3. Walked at 3.0 MPH on an incline of 9 for 2 min

  4. Did the walk run combo for 40 min

  5. Walked at 3.5 MPH on an incline of 5 for 30 min

  6. Walked at 3.0 MPH on an incline of 0 for 15 min
